Monument Farms Dairy is a family owned, producer-handler dairy located in Weybridge, Vermont. The farm was founded in 1930 and since then has been making a name for itself throughout the state for its commitment to quality, the environment, and the local community. Over the past few weeks I have been fortunate to have had multiple opportunities to visit the farm and meet with one of the owners, Jon Rooney. As a culminating project for the FoodWorks program I did a podcast-style interview with Jon to learn more about the farm’s founding and what makes it so unique. I encourage you to give it a listen!
